| State
of Indiana - First Steps |
The First Steps RMS (Random Moment Sample) system is a federally
approved time recording method that state agencies use to record
how staff time and related expenses are distributed among different
state and federal programs. The information collected through
the sampling of staff helps determine the time and effort allocated
to federal programs for which the state can claim reimbursement.
The First Steps Sampling group is administered and hosted by Sequoia Consulting Group using SequoiaRMS.
