The SequoiaRMS server software and database can be hosted on on the client server
or hosted on Sequoia's server and database. Sequoia Consulting Group will setup
the Matrix and Universe for the various RMS Groups.
SequoiaRMS Solutions - Hosted on Client's Server Sequoia Consulting Group will install SequoiaRMS on the client's
Windows Server, database and webserver (Intranet or Internet).
The Client's RMS Administrators access SequoiaRMS using the
SequoiaRMS Desktop Client on their PC.
If the SequoiaRMS e-mail capabilities are utilitized, e-mails
will be automatically sent out at the time of the Random Moment
Sample (even with multiple time zones). Sampled employees
will receive an e-mail with a web link to the SequoiaRMS web
form
so they can respond to the sample. If the web site is on an
Internet server, they will also be given a 6 digit key code
to ensure validity.
